ELTEK is in the business of manufacturing , marketing and maintenance of Online & Line interactive UPS, Servo Voltage Stabilizer, Battery Charger, Float Cum Boost Charger (FCBC),Constant Voltage transformer (CVT), L.T. Panel, Relay Voltage Stabilizer (RVS), Isolation, Super Isolation & Ultra Isolation Transformer, Sine Wave & Digital Inverter, Constant Voltage Constant Frequency (CVCF), Line Conditioner. The Company was started in the year 1999 as a proprietary firm. Within a period of one year, with the dedicated effort of the promoters and the employees, the firm successfully launched quality products and developed a brand equity “ELTEK”. Being highly customer oriented, the Company has been able to gain the confidence of several Govt., public and private sector firms and institution
MANUFACTURING SETUP
The Company located at south Kolkata, have enough floor space, equipment and adequate instruments and testing instruments supported by qualified, experienced and trained manpower in the areas of procurement, R&D, production, QC, and services. It has enough financial strength to support the entire production procedure.
Each product is designed to perfection in the R&D section, and manufactured with quality components. It undergo rigid QC before supply. Hence all products are durable. The Company has proven track record in this respect over the last one decade.
The production set up is headed by the Production Supervisor who controls the QC, incoming raw material, wiring, assembly section, and inspection department (outgoing finished product) The manpower of production unit is as follows:

- Technician: 12
It can manufacture 3 Phase Servo Stabilizer up to 1000KVA capacity & Online UPS up to 300KVA capacity.
SALES / MARKETING SET UP
The sales / marketing consist of Sales Executives headed by Sr. Marketing Executive. They respond to client’s enquiry and also invent prospect. They contribute very prompt interactive system between the clients and the company aiming customer’s satisfaction.
The manpower of marketing division is as follows:

SERVICE SETUP
The Company have qualified and experienced stuff in it’s service section who will readily respond to attend the site location to render prompt after sales service within 24 hours anywhere within and outside West Bengal. They are capable to rectify any kind of fault at site promptly.
PRODUCT RELIABILITY
Each product is designed to perfection in the R&D section, and manufactured with quality components. It undergo rigid QC before supply. The Company has proven track record in this respect over the last one decade.
The Company have R&D section with qualified and experienced stuff to design the product as per given specification, and then have adequate stuff, instruments and equipment in the production, QC, and service department with financial support to bulk production and delivery in time.
